A Day with a Mindful Smile

Hello Dears,

Welcome to “Simply Soulful” blog, where we embrace our day with mindfulness.

“Mindfulness” is a very beautiful word. Is not it? Yes, it is beautiful. For me “mindfulness” is the word which shows me the world is full of possibilities with positivity.

Morning Mindful Smile:

A frizzy morning, still I come close to my balcony area sitting in a chair and hugging myself tightly and taking a long breadth. Spontaneously, a beautiful smile is putting my face bright. Yes, it’s me, reminding me who I am.

I know there is nothing any difference in my life than others, but the thing is that why am I sharing my smile with myself? The one who wants to know about it, here is the answer “I thought everyone’s smile is precious and the one of the most beautiful creations by the creator of God. If you don’t believe me then go to the bathroom immediately and check it once in front of mirror. I know it will brighter your face more than your make-up looks”.

Now, my second answer is that “while smiling what thoughts are coming your way? For me, smiling is the identification that I am alive or I can say that I am alive is the identification that I am smiling right now. Which version you are going to choose? I choose both, because both sentences show the gratefulness towards life. Now, I can definitely say it that smile is best mutual communication system with the nature and universe through which we can simply say “Thank You” without saying any words.

So, the third answer is that “through the smile, I simply say “Thank You” to the air. Previously, I didn’t show any gratefulness to the air or we can say to the oxygen, but one day while I was reading a book, I feel guilty because air is the one element which gives us energy to live. From the very next minute, I consciously started to say “Thank You” to the air or oxygen. So, your day with mindfulness with simply say “Thank You”.

Thank you for connecting with me.

Tips of the Day: At least for 10 times conscious breathing say the word “Thank You” to the air. practice for 5 days and share your review.

With love and light,
Simply Soulful
